The Music of our Lives

Every chord, every harmony, every beat of the drum is ours to have and to hold. Death do us part?

Nope.

Not even close. Who we are, the lives we create are our essence. Do we all emit a different effervescence?

Yep. Yes we do.

Ubiquity. You don’t have to look it up; I’ll tell you what it means. It’s everything, all at once right in front of you. For those who are willing of course.

Do you only allow yourself to see what you have always seen? See only what is comfortable and known to you if you wish. This is not eyes that see.

Do you only listen to the known, the familiar? The same information molded to fit different scenarios over and over again, the spin? You close down at other viewpoints, new uncomfortable information or insights? This is not ears that hear.

Are you judge and jury, your way or the highway? These are not hands that hold.

STOP RIGHT THERE!

Lay down your armor. Throw your sword. Stop fighting what is not yours to fight.

Redemption.

Take it, it’s yours. It always has been.

The power of love. It’s real.

The power of kindness. It’s real.

Compassion. It’s real.

BE REAL. Be the you that you were created to be.

Live in love.

Live in light.

Live in connection.

Michael graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in 1965 where he played football and appeared in school theater productions. Appearing in over 50 films and tv shows, roles on and off Broadway and touring around the world one would never guess that Michael had severe social anxiety. It’s alright Michael, open the door you are ready.
