Good Morning. (My heart is fluttering, I feel a catch in my throat. My head begins to ache.) Who is wishing to speak please? (I see silver and feel pressure on my stomach.) I don’t hear anything so I make myself breakfast and sit at my kitchen table.
Alright, I’m back. We can have breakfast together. ‘I like breakfast. It’s my favorite meal of the day.’
What was your favorite breakfast? ‘Sausage with sweet cream over a thick slice of bread.’
Who would make the bread? ‘My mama. She made bread for everyone, she would sell it.’
Did you have a store? ‘Yes. A small corner bakery. Talk about heaven. It was so warm in there and the smell, well, you know how nice fresh bread smells!’
I do! What is your name? ‘Trinity Samantha Holsum.’
Pleased to meet you. Where did you live? ‘You can call me Samantha. Breslau, Germany.’
How did you know to connect with me Samantha? ‘Word travels fast! (She Laughs.) The words don’t but the energy in them does. Anne led me to you. (Anne Frank.) Sweet Anne. We were in the camp together. I was sick too but I made it to liberation.’
What happened to your families bakery? ‘That’s a funny one. Everything was as we left it, except for the supplies. My family was lucky, we all made it. So many didn’t. We lost our house so we lived in the back of the bakery for awhile. We were happy to. People just acted like business as usual, like nothing ever happened. That was strange. One day, a delivery was dropped off, we don’t know from who, but mama was able to start baking again. We were grateful. That first loaf… We all just cried then laughed. Then we thought about our friends we lost and how they wouldn’t ever have another piece of bread…’
Do spirits eat bread or get to experience food? ‘Oh sure. That is the first thing I wanted to know too, it bothered me so.’
How do they experience food? ‘You just will it, like the genie in the bottle. The Universe says, your wish is my command.’
That sounds amazing. ‘It is, but, I know you won’t believe it, it gets a little boring after a millennia. In answer to your question you’re thinking of… That’s why we want to connect with you. We want to learn. We want you to learn. I know you keep hearing, when I rise, we all rise, that’s true. That’s what our purposeful connection is. When you know, believe, that we are connected in consciousness, you raise your vibration, your frequency. When you’re high, you also help us to elevate. Not only that but it’s like we earn a stripe or get that merit badge for helping you. When you allow us to help you, it also helps us. It’s teamwork really, the hand to the glove.’

Channeled message from Holocaust survivor, Trinity Samantha Holsum. Samantha was in the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp in Nazi Germany with Anne Frank in 1944 where many prisoners became sick with typhus. It is presumed that Anne Frank and her sister Margot both succumbed to this bacterial infection spread by parasites. Breslau, Germany is now known as Wroclaw, Poland. The Communist Polish government took over the municipal government in August 1945.
