Trials and tribulations and exonerations don’t come easy. No, they don’t.
Some come so hard and fast, well, they damn near break you. Hell, sometimes they do. You can give up, some do. Sit there and wait for rescue, some do. Pull the covers up over your head forever, some do. Yes, some do but not you.
No. Not you. Not today.
Sit up. Put your feet on the floor. Put your hand on your heart, close your eyes and breathe. Put your other hand on your belly now and just breathe. Breathe in your connection. Breathe in your life-force.
Breathe.
You’ll know when you are ready to get up. Let the water wash over you. Claim this new day, open the blinds, pull back the curtains. That’s it, good, good. Is it coffee or tea, hmmm, what will it be? Fry up an egg, butter some toast. Let’s play some music. Fast and hard or slow and easy, you decide.
Whelp, OK. Here we are. Maybe you claim victory here and now, if that’s you you’ll know it. If it isn’t, you’ll know that too.
Folks, this here is where you start counting. That’s right. Sheep? No. We’re moving on from that aren’t we.
Blessings. This is where you count your blessings. Big, small, in-between. If you have to dig deep, dig.
There is always something to be grateful for, always. Get the sleep out of your eyes and you’ll see it.
I know it’s been rough but here you are. Keep going. Keep showing up. Keep counting.
Channeled message from Colonel Jessup. This is my second message from him, the first was in November 2024. I posted it, it’s called Clearing my Head. It’s good, you should read it. I told Andy (that’s his name) that I was grateful to receive so many beautiful, powerful messages. His response, ‘Your sincerity is felt and known my dear. Such a thing cannot be faked in the higher realms where your gratitude is not only seen but experienced.’
