‘Pressure differential. Let’s take a moment…’
I take off the towel wrapped around my heavy wet hair from my shower, my hair falls loosely.
‘Did you feel that? You unwrapped your wet hair piled on top of your head and as your hair spread out it no longer felt as heavy.’
I did feel that.
‘That is differential pressure.’
Hmmmm.
‘There is also this pressure in our universe. The super eight, the supernova. All time in perpetuity. All forming and constricting in the center. This center is what propels all continuous movement. The constriction causes a slowing that then propels out at a faster rate.’
When did you learn that?
‘I would watch the hourglass as a boy. A full hourglass seems to go so slow. A near empty hourglass gains speed, momentum.’

‘Yes, in all lifetimes too.’
Were you famous another lifetimes?
‘Yes, quite a few.’

‘The Portuguese wine and women of course!’ (He smiles.)

‘Back to our story now. Our hearts are also centers of preferential difference. The beat of the heart causes a constriction that forces your blood out to the body. Without this constriction, there is no life. So too do we have emotional constrictions. The energy of these constrictions causes a very real, physical response. Our spirits transform and delight in this constriction. Constriction is growth and evolvement. One must have this for soul ascention.’
Where do our souls ascend to?
‘Like the rungs of a ladder, our universe has a ladder of vibrational levels called dimensions.’
The higher the vibration, the higher the dimension?
‘Exactly.’
Is there such a thing as too much energy and vibration? How do you hold it all?
‘The human body is not made for this but our ethereal, spirit bodies are limitless.’
Why do I see you as Albert if you are in your spirit body?
‘Energy transference. I send you the image, almost like a hologram. This is all energetic vibration and frequency.’
So, how do you talk to me? I know what you are saying without hearing your voice.
‘All the same. Energy transference. A thought is a vessel. This vessel can be sent anywhere you wish it to go.’
Is this why when you think of someone they feel it and then think of you?
‘Exactly.’
How does this get easier or clearer?
‘Raise your frequency.’

‘Take a break from the mind.’

‘Naps were my meditation. These explorations led to many discoveries.’
