Look for it. It’s there. Always there, waiting.
The flower, the weed, the tree, you, your heart.
Even the loaf of fresh baked bread has a beautiful, soft, warm middle that soaks up the golden butter.
What are you looking at right now? What are you observing? Don’t just skim the surface. Look, really look. Look to see what you couldn’t see before.
It’s all energy you see. All of it. Soften your gaze and stay awhile. What do you see? What do you see? Where does it lead?
Live in wonderment. Live in the knowledge that life is more than what is right in front of you. Give in, relent. Allow.
Play. Find the time to play. Make it your priority. Put it on your schedule, your family needs this play, you need this play. Listen to Grandma now….
Bring your energy in. Center yourself and you will begin to see what you could not see before. Center. Find your center.
