There is love for you. There is compassion for you. There is strength, guidance, for you have never truly been alone. All you seek is inside of you already, it has always been with you.

Start with simple gratitude for the sun that rises and sets. The moon that brings rest. The food that nurtures. The water. There is power in the water.
