Lost and Found

Lost, so lost. I don’t know where I am. I’m not even sure that I know where I come from, where I’ve been. How did I get here? I don’t like this, it scares me.

Child. Remember. You are not lost. I know who you are. I know where you are. I know where you are going.

Clue me in then, why make me suffer this confusion?

Your unrest is for but a season. Your introspection is necessary for your growth.

I was happy where I was. I did not ask for this.

Ah, don’t you see, you did.

That’s the craziest thing I have ever heard. Nuts. Completely nuts!

Well, what is nuts is expecting a life of only what is comfortable. Sure. That’s fine. Skirt the edges of real connection. Keep that superficial existence, that is your choice. That said; you chose this life. In choosing this life, this body, you also chose what lessons you would learn. You chose a life path before you drew your first earthly breath.

I would not have chosen this. It’s too hard, I just can’t anymore. I’m tired.

Child. Surrender. Call upon your friends, your loved ones. Call upon your angels, your guides, your ancestors.

Really? Angels, guides and ancestors? You must be crazy.

Have you not felt a loved one after their death? Have you never felt awash with peace during a difficult time? Have you never known the kindness of someone when you needed it most? Just because you cannot see them does not mean that they aren’t there. They are there, for you. They long for the opportunity to comfort and aide in your life’s journey. When you rise, they rise. When you rise, we all rise.

Channeled message from Benjamin Franklin. I asked if he ever had any nicknames. Ben said; “My mother called me Benny. Friends in my youth, Benjer.
