Deceived. Led astray. Taken advantage of. Scammed. Some would say put over a barrel. No, that isn’t a nice way to put it but you gleam my meaning here.
Has this happened to you? I’m sure it has. It’s almost even a rite of passage. Most of us will learn from these events and begin to trust our God given intuition. Yes, it’s true, some take longer than others and there are some who will never learn this valuable lesson.
Here it is in a nutshell, discernment. Yes, discernment. This is your innate ability to know what is right for you. Sure, inspect the situation. Weigh it out. Gather up all you need to make an informed decision. Then allow yourself a moment to listen and feel into what your heart is telling you.
Yes, yes. It is true. Your heart does speak to you. It is only that your busy mind overrules and overruns your heart. It is useful, beneficial even to put your mind in a timeout. Here, here, you’ve been working so hard, let me take the wheel for awhile, your heart says.
Yes, there are charlatan’s and tricksters, all true. Do we make decisions on what we are told to believe out of fear or do we make decisions based on our intuition? I for one will rely on my own honed-in faculties to decide for myself what I deem to be true.
The question to be presented; Are there spirits who profess to be good that use this deceit to takeover your soul? This could be true for the spiritually weak. Those vulnerable to persuasion in life are vulnerable to persuasion anywhere. This circles back to, “Know thyself, to thine own self be true.” This is your armor, this is your power. This is your circle of protection. You choose what you will allow into this circle, it is your choice.
Yes. Be alert. Be vigilant. There is a power play for hearts and minds. The more alone and disconnected you are, the easier it is to tell you what to believe. You are not a creation of one though are you? No, you are not. You have been created from the very spark of God, therefore you are creation in itself. Never alone, all part of the fabric of life itself.
So, yes. Pay attention to those distractions that wish to pull us off course. Take your direction from your heart grounded in truth. Rely on your intuitive, God given instincts and all will be well.
