A faceted display, set out for all to see, but wait, why are you not looking back at me?
‘I shine, I shine. You know I do. My make up, my hair, just look at these new boots! I’m polished. I’m ready to roll, the complete package wrapped up and ready to go.’
My dear. You do look supreme, marvelous even. So much time, so much care. Tell me, have you spent your time in prayer? It is the gratitude you see that gives air to your flair. Take a moment if you will, sit still, there now, now. This won’t take long. Close your eyes, take a deep breath in and out. Hands together now over your heart. There is no need for pageantry here. A simple, I am thankful will surely do. A couple more deep breaths now and you are all set.
That wasn’t so hard. You feel it don’t you? That warm glow in your belly. That is connection to the truest you. Shine a light on those blessings and watch what appears. Is that you? It is you. A bright and shiny star breaking through. You see it now, feel it now and know it too. This is your light, so bright, shine girl shine.
Channeled message from my Grandmother May and The Council of Women. Grandma told me that she’s proud of me and then my Grandpa chimed in too with, “Me too Toots!”.
