It takes time and effort to open this gift. You can go in and quickly rip everything open or you can open it carefully, one piece of tape at a time.
This is simply a means to an end, the how does not matter.
What does matter is that you make yourself available to receive this gift. Quiet yourself. Give your busy mind a respite. Write, draw, make music, meditate, go outside. The how does not matter.
