Bear

Ancestral Ho’oponopono Healing

My hands are over my chest, fingers wide but interlaced. I see the head of a bear. My hands pulse like a heartbeat. Energy is released. A red thread starts to weave itself around my heart becoming a piece of cloth. I hear the words; we are all of the same cloth.

The cloth becomes a highland tartan. The tartan blanket wraps around my heart as if it is a precious infant. I hold my swaddled heart.

I see a raccoon and hear; you have always had family, food and fun. You have always been provided for. Be light, have fun. I move my hands down over my ribs. Fingers wide but interlaced. I see the bear’s clawed paw.

I feel an angel to my lower left, helping to pull dark, heavy energy out of my body. I am a vessel allowing a way to release the bonds of my ancestors. The spirits of my ancestors wash over me, they have come to release this negative energy too. My hands shake. The bear brings his truth and protection.

My fingers are wide, interlaced they rest on my lower belly. I convey a message in the language of thought. I love you. Please forgive me. I’m sorry. I forgive you. I break any ties that bind our families genealogical lines.

I am grateful for this karmic release. The head of an eagle appears, a single wing outstretched. Another energy release and it is done. The eagle has been set free.
