Blow smoke as “they” say, why bother? Are you uncomfortable in your own silence? Why? Don’t you want to know. Don’t you want to know what makes you tick, what lies behind the curtain?
Take the time to know who you are from the inside out. Walk, write, explore, observe. Invest in you. Invest in time alone. Open your eyes to your surroundings. Open your heart to new understandings. Open your ears to nature’s call. Feel the air itself on your skin.
This is allowing. This is reconnecting to your spirit, the spirit of you yourself.
This is depth. Depth of connection. Depth of understanding. Depth of knowing. And… When you know, you know. You know your worth. This knowing gives you authority over the words you speak.
This is validation.
