Blood and lymph work synchronistically. If one is unhealthy the other follows suit. Oxygenate, breathe. Dry brush your skin head to toe, stimulate movement from the outside in. Get your blues in, berries, the sky. Envision the blood and lymph fluids moving inside your body. Follow the movement with your hands. Where there is a stall, hold your hand vertically over the top like the tail fin of a fish in line with the flow. Wave your hand gently side to side, up and around. Pull the trapped energy up and away with your other hand.
