Soreness

Overworked? Overplayed? You did it now. Now you must rest. Give those muscles time to heal and repair. So too does this happen with your heart. Your mind. Your spirit.

 

When the rest is required, rest. Recuperate. Rebuild what has been broken down. Find nourishment in simplicity. Eat well. Sleep well. Be well.
